Use case rather than product category is the way through this selection. Carrying items come first: the VINGA Baltimore and Sortino cooler backpacks, the Sporter, the Flex gym bag and the Voyager travel bag, all pieces that hold everything else a visitor picks up at an event. Beach and pool covers Ukiyo and VINGA towels in XL formats. Drinkware in glass, soda lime glass, PET and Tritan handles the hydration side of an outdoor stand, and umbrellas, listed across twelve types, are the item that gets used long after the season ends.

Planning a seasonal run

Two constraints usually shape the decision. The first is quantity: a stand giveaway needs a compact item that can be handed out by the hundred, while a cooler backpack or a trail cooler is a prize, a VIP bag or a team gift for a much shorter list. The second is timing, because summer stock and seasonal artwork have to be signed off well before the event, and a sample should be seen before a large run is committed. If the campaign travels between countries, favour lighter drinkware and folded textiles over bulky bags.

Material decides the decoration. RPET and polyester bags, coolers and umbrella canopies take screen print or transfer, and embroidery is available where the panel is firm enough to hold a stitch. Cotton and recycled cotton beach towels take embroidery or DTF transfer for full colour artwork. Glass and Tritan bottles take pad print, with laser engraving where the body is metal. On umbrellas the canopy panels are the usable print area, so keep the artwork simple enough to read from a distance.
