Formats and where they fit

Candles and reed diffusers behave differently as gifts. A candle in glass is the immediate, familiar choice and photographs well in a gift box, with the 290g and 360g Rituals sizes covering most budgets and the Nordic essence pair from VINGA giving a large and a small option in the same look. Fragrance sticks last longer without any attention from the recipient, which makes them a better fit for offices and reception areas, and the three volumes from 100ml to 450ml let you scale the same idea across different recipient tiers. The car air freshener is the compact option for a large handout.

Scent is the part of the decision that carries risk. With six options listed, a single neutral fragrance repeated across the whole run avoids the problem of strong preferences in a mixed audience, and it also keeps packing simple. If the gift is going to individually named clients, splitting the run across two or three scents is manageable. Season shapes the choice as well, since fragrance sells strongly into the end-of-year period and should be reserved early.

Branding these materials

Glass vessels take pad print for a coloured logo or laser etching for a frosted mark that needs no colour match. Bamboo lids and wooden elements are laser engraved. Wax itself is not decorated, so the mark goes on the vessel, the lid or the outer box. Where a product arrives in its own retail packaging, we print the sleeve, band or gift card instead, which also allows a longer seasonal message than a logo alone.

Orders start at 10 pieces per model. Branding is included in the price with no setup fee, production runs from 5 working days after artwork approval, and samples can be prepared in 2 to 3 days. We deliver across the EU, and the per-unit price depends on the run size and is shown on the product page.
