Fabrics run from ring spun combed to open end carded cotton, with washed and garment dyed finishes and one cotton modal blend. Colours are wide and sizes are chosen on each product page.
The T-shirt is the base layer of almost every branded clothing project, so the fit and the fabric weight decide how the finished piece is received. The range covers four broad fits. Classic is the straight, familiar cut that suits staff wear and large giveaways. Relaxed adds room through the body without moving into a fashion silhouette. Lightweight Oversized has dropped shoulders and a longer body, which is the shape most often asked for in merchandise and campaign runs. Longsleeve extends the same base into cooler months and gives a sleeve as an extra branding position.
Fabric and finish
All the main styles use organic cotton single jersey. Ring spun combed yarn gives a smoother, denser surface that holds fine print detail. Open end carded yarn has a more textured hand and works well for casual, heavier looking pieces. One style blends organic cotton with modal for extra drape. Finishing changes the result as much as the yarn: fabric washed and panel washed styles feel softer straight out of the box, while the garment dyed premium tee has a lived in, slightly uneven colour that suits merchandise rather than uniform use. Colour choice is wide, and sizes are selected on the product page, so one style can serve several departments.
Decoration and ordering
Screen print is the right method for large runs with a limited number of colours, and gives the lowest per piece cost as quantity grows. DTF transfers handle small runs, photographic artwork and designs with many colours, and they work on both light and dark garments. Embroidery suits a small chest or sleeve mark where a raised, durable finish is wanted, though it is less suited to lightweight jersey with a large design. Front, back, sleeve and neck label positions can all be used.
Orders start from ten pieces per model, with all sizes counting towards that total. Branding is included in the item price and there is no setup fee. Production runs from five working days after artwork approval, samples are available in two to three days, and we deliver across the EU.
