Custom-printed and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or with defects, contact us within 14 days at hello@merchrepublic.eu.

Process

  1. Email us photos and order number
  2. We confirm and arrange return or replacement
  3. Refund processed within 7 business days of return receipt
