Choosing the right format

Start from the occasion. A conference giveaway favours simple RPET or glass bottles that ship in volume, while a long-service or executive gift is better placed on a recycled stainless steel bottle or a Stanley tumbler. Season plays a part too: insulated flasks and travel mugs land well in autumn and winter, refillable bottles and glass in spring and summer. Then check capacity, since sizes here run from small camp mugs up to a litre, and think about how the item travels, as a lid design matters more for commuters than for desk use.

Decoration follows the material closely. Stainless steel and glass take laser engraving, which gives a permanent tonal mark, and pad print where you need a specific brand colour. Ceramic mugs are decorated by pad print for simple logos and by decal or transfer when the artwork wraps the body or uses several colours. RPET and plastic bottles are handled with screen or transfer print. Curved surfaces limit how wide artwork can run, so we confirm the wrap and the branding area against your file.
