Corporate Gifts and Branded Merchandise
This is the complete MerchRepublic catalogue: corporate gifts, branded merchandise and promotional products for companies across the European Union. Every item on these pages can carry your logo — printed, embroidered, engraved or applied as a ceramic transfer — and the decoration is quoted inside the per-piece price rather than bolted on afterwards. Start with the everyday workhorses such as mugs, water bottles and backpacks, or browse by maker on our brands page. Orders start at ten pieces per model and arrive from one supplier, on one invoice.
How to choose
Three questions narrow 675 products down to a shortlist fast. What is the occasion? Onboarding kits, trade fairs, client thank-yous and staff anniversaries each reward a different kind of object. Who receives it? A gift that travels with someone daily — a bottle, a notebook, a jacket — earns far more logo impressions than something that lives in a drawer. How many pieces? Run size moves the per-piece price more than any other factor, so decide the quantity before you fall in love with a product.
What is in the catalogue
Drinkware is the reliable starting point: tumblers for the commute and thermos flasks for the outdoors. Desk and stationery items suit conference and onboarding kits — notebooks and pens are the classic pairing. Tech gifts such as power banks work well for client-facing audiences. Bags run from light tote bags for events up to laptop backpacks. For colder markets and outdoor teams there is outerwear, plus blankets and umbrellas for seasonal campaigns. If sustainability drives the brief, the eco collection gathers recycled and organic materials in one place; for executive gifting and long-service awards, premium gifts collects the higher-end pieces. Printed matter — catalogues, postcards and notepads — is quoted alongside the merchandise, so a campaign can ship as a single consignment. The full tree is on the catalogue map.
How your logo goes on
The method follows the material. Cotton and textiles take screen print for flat colour or embroidery for a durable, textured finish. Plastics and coated metals take pad or digital print. Stainless steel and aluminium take laser engraving, which cannot fade. Ceramics take a high-temperature transfer that survives the dishwasher. Paper takes offset or digital printing. We recommend the method once we see your artwork; vector files are ideal, and high-resolution raster files are fine.
How an order runs
Add the products you like to a request and send it. You get a quote with the per-piece price at your quantity and a visual mockup of your logo on the product, normally within a day; revisions are free. Nothing is produced until you approve that mockup. Production and delivery run from five working days after approval, and a physical sample can be with you in two to three working days if you want to check quality first. We invoice by proforma and deliver anywhere in the European Union. The step-by-step version lives on how to order.
Why one supplier for all of it
Splitting a campaign across three vendors means three quotes to compare, three artwork approval threads, three invoices for your finance team and three parcels arriving on different days. Sourcing the whole thing here collapses that into one quote, one approval, one invoice and one delivery — which is usually worth more than a small unit-price difference on any single line.
Frequently asked questions
Where should I start if I do not know which product I want?
Start from the occasion and the headcount rather than the product. Open the section that matches the setting — drinkware and stationery for onboarding and conferences, bags and outerwear for field teams, premium pieces for executive gifting — and use the filters to narrow by category and availability. If that is still too broad, send us the occasion, the number of recipients and the impression you want to make, and we come back with a shortlist drawn from this catalogue.
Do items from different catalogue sections arrive as one delivery?
Yes. A request can pull from any number of sections and any number of makers, and it is consolidated here before it ships: one quote to approve, one proforma invoice and one consignment arriving on one day. You do not coordinate separate vendors or reconcile separate shipments.
Does every product in the catalogue carry the same minimum quantity?
The minimum is ten pieces per model, and it applies per model rather than per order. A mixed basket therefore needs ten of each item you pick, not ten in total; sizes and a few colours of the same model count together towards that ten. Printed matter is the exception, as it is quoted by format and print run instead.
How do I narrow the catalogue down to a per-person budget?
Each card shows the entry price for that model, and the listing can be sorted by price, so you can cut the catalogue to the band you are working in before you look at anything else. Remember that the figure on the card moves with quantity: the same product lands in a different band at fifty pieces than at ten. Tell us the budget per recipient and the headcount and we confirm what is reachable at that run size.
What happens after I pick products and send a request?
You receive a quote priced at your actual quantity together with a visual mockup of your logo on the chosen items, normally within a day, and design revisions cost nothing. Once you approve the mockup we issue the proforma invoice and start production, which runs from five working days to delivery. Nothing is manufactured before that approval, so there is no commitment while you are still comparing options.
Can I check availability or handle a product before the full run?
Stock figures shown in the catalogue come from our suppliers, so the quantity on a card reflects what is actually on hand, and you can filter the listing to in-stock items only when a deadline is tight. If you want to judge the material rather than the photograph, we send a physical sample within two to three working days and credit its cost against the order that follows.
