Two ways to brand a mug

Ceramic decal

Fired into the glaze: dishwasher-safe, does not fade. On the side or all around the mug.

White, coloured and matte mugs.

Sublimation

Full-colour, photo-quality print all around the mug, up to 200 × 95 mm.

White sublimation-coated mugs only.

Each mug page shows the method available for that model.

Where your logo goes
  1. Side of the mug, left or right of the handle
  2. Full wrap around the mug — ceramic decal or sublimation

Branding methods in this category

  • Ceramic transfer — High-temperature fired decal — dishwasher-safe, extremely durable image that will not fade
  • Sublimation printing — Full-colour, photo-quality print wrapping around the mug (up to 200 × 95 mm) — dishwasher-safe

The exact print area and size are on each product page where the supplier publishes them, and are confirmed in your free mockup.

More than 40 ceramic mugs for offices, hospitality, welcome packs and seasonal gifting. The selection covers glazed ceramic mugs, models with a contrasting white rim, matte finishes such as the Matara and Matara Nera, stoneware and porcelain bodies, and modern coffee shapes including the Hemera 370 ml and the stackable Marknad 220 ml. Capacities run from roughly 200 to 630 ml, with colour choices on most models and several available in more than one size.

Ceramic is the core of this category, alongside stoneware and porcelain. The shapes divide into a few familiar groups: classic cylindrical mugs such as the Maia 300 ml and Gaia 340 ml, two-tone designs with a coloured body and white rim or interior, matte finishes like the Matara 280 ml and Matara Nera 300 ml in black, and stackable or space-saving forms such as the Marknad. Larger coffee shapes including the Hemera 370 ml and Thames 350 suit longer drinks, while compact sizes fit espresso and tea service.

Two things guide the choice. The first is finish, because it changes how artwork appears: a glazed gloss body gives bright, sharp colour reproduction, while a matte surface produces a softer, more muted result that suits single-colour marks and monochrome branding. The second is context. A hospitality or canteen rollout benefits from stackable shapes and repeatable sizes, whereas a client gift or a boxed set is better served by a stoneware or porcelain piece with a distinctive shape. Colour range matters as well, since most models offer several body colours and the contrast between body and logo determines legibility.

Print methods for ceramic mugs

Standard ceramic mugs are branded with a high-temperature fired decal: the design is fused into the glaze, so it is dishwasher-safe and does not fade. Sublimation mugs have a special coating and are printed by sublimation instead: full-colour, photo-quality artwork that can wrap around the whole mug. Each mug page shows the method available for that model.

Ordering starts at 10 pieces per model, branding is included in the price with no setup fee, and the per-unit price depends on the run size and is shown on the product page. Samples can be sent in two to three days so you can check the shape, size and colour in person. Production runs from five working days after artwork approval, with delivery across the EU.

Frequently asked questions

What mug capacities are available?

Sizes run from around 220 ml, as on the stackable Marknad, through 280 to 340 ml models, up to 370 ml with the Hemera ceramic mug.

What is the difference between ceramic, stoneware and porcelain here?

All three appear in the range. Ceramic is the most common body, stoneware gives a heavier feel and porcelain a finer, lighter one. The material is stated on each product page.

Should we choose a matte or glazed mug?

Glazed bodies reproduce colour more brightly and suit detailed artwork. Matte finishes such as the Matara line give a softer look that works well with single-colour logos.

Can the logo wrap around the mug?

Yes. On sublimation mugs the print can cover the full wrap (up to about 200 mm wide) in full colour. On standard ceramic mugs the fired decal can also go around the mug, but how much of the surface can be covered depends on the shape: on mugs or other drinkware with a complex shape, full coverage may not be possible. The print area for each model is shown on its page.

How many mugs do we need to order?

From 10 pieces per model. Branding is included in the price with no setup fee and the per-unit price falls with larger quantities.
