Backpacks are the busiest part of the bag range, and the models divide into a few clear groups. Business and laptop packs, including the Bellroy Transit Workpack, Bellroy Classic Backpack and Thule Subterra 2 21L, are built around padded sleeves and organiser panels. Anti-theft designs from XD Design, led by the Bobby line, use hidden zips and reinforced panels. Lighter options such as the Bellroy Lite Daypack, VINGA models and gym bags suit shorter days and event use, while RPET laptop backpacks in 15.6 inch sizes cover budget-conscious runs.

Choosing usually comes down to three questions. What device has to fit, since laptop compartments are sized in inches and stated per model. Who receives it, because a Thule or Bellroy pack reads as a long-service or executive gift while an RPET commuter pack fits a whole-team rollout. And how large the run is, as unit price falls with quantity and larger campaigns tend to favour the simpler polyester and RPET builds. Colour choice is worth checking early: darker shells carry light single-colour logos cleanly, and a busy front panel can limit where artwork sits.

Branding on technical fabrics

Polyester and RPET shells take screen print or transfer print, both of which hold detail on woven surfaces. Canvas and cotton panels also accept embroidery, which gives a raised, durable mark suited to premium gifts. PU trims work with transfer or embroidery, and metal fittings on some models allow laser engraving. The usable area is normally a front pocket, a side panel or a strap, and we confirm the exact size against your artwork before production.

Orders start at 10 pieces per model. Branding is included in the price with no setup fee, and the per-unit price depends on the run size and appears on each product page. Samples can be dispatched in two to three days, production runs from five working days after artwork approval, and we deliver across the EU.
