Outerwear for teams that work outside, travel or represent the company at events. The selection holds around twenty five styles, almost all from Stanley/Stella, including the Puffer and Puffer Gilet, Padded Parker, Bomber 2.0, Discoverer, Voyager 2.0, Navigator, Guider, Quester and Connector 2.0, with a TENSON piece alongside. Shells are recycled polyester and recycled nylon with fluorine free water repellent finishes, plus recycled polar fleece and bonded softshell. Sizes and colours are selected on each product page.
Outerwear is the layer people keep for several seasons, so it repays a careful choice of construction. Padded styles such as the Puffer, the Puffer Gilet and the Padded Parker use a recycled polyester shell over recycled padding with a taffeta lining, and they cover cold weather work and winter gifting. Softshell built on a bonded plain weave with elastane gives movement and wind resistance for spring and autumn. Recycled polar fleece, brushed and anti pilling, works as a mid layer or as a standalone office jacket. Lighter windbreakers on a recycled nylon plain weave with a fluorine free durable water repellent finish pack down small and suit travel and outdoor events.
How to choose
Start with the season and the actual working conditions. A padded parka is right for logistics, site and winter event staff, while a fleece or a bomber suits indoor teams and hybrid offices. A gilet is a useful compromise where a full sleeve jacket would be too warm. Then look at the fit and the size curve, since outerwear is worn over other layers and the spread you order should reflect the team rather than an even split. Colour ranges are wide across the Stanley/Stella styles, so a jacket can be matched to garments ordered in other categories. Check the intended branding position early, because a chest panel, a sleeve and a back panel each set a different size limit for artwork.
Decoration and ordering
Embroidery is the usual choice on jackets. It survives washing and outdoor use and reads well on fleece, softshell and padded panels. On technical shells with a water repellent finish, a transfer chosen for the fabric is the alternative when the artwork has fine detail or several colours, and it avoids stitching through a coated face. Quilted panels need the branding placed clear of the seams.
