Four caps covering the usual construction types: a six-panel sandwich cap in GRS-certified recycled microfibre, a five-panel trucker, a canvas cap from VINGA and a cotton model. Elevate and VINGA are represented. All four list colour options. Caps are the standard companion to a shirt order for events, outdoor teams and hospitality staff.
Panel count changes both the fit and the branding. Six-panel caps have a seam down the front centre, so artwork is usually placed to one side or embroidered across it carefully; five-panel and trucker styles give an uninterrupted front panel, which is the easiest surface for a large logo. Cool-fit recycled microfibre handles heat and sweat for outdoor work, while cotton and recycled cotton suit softer, casual campaigns.
Embroidery is the default on all four, giving a raised, durable mark that holds shape on a curved front. Woven patches are an alternative for detailed multi-colour artwork that does not stitch cleanly. Side and rear placements are possible and are worth considering when the cap is paired with a shirt carrying the main logo.
The minimum is 10 pieces per model. Branding is included with no setup fee, and production runs from five working days after artwork approval. Samples reach you in two to three days.
