Description
Wood wool, known in Poland as wiolina, is a fine excelsior of shaved softwood used to cushion and dress gift boxes, hampers and delicatessen packaging. Being solid wood rather than paper it stays springy under weight and gives a rustic look. Fourteen colours are stocked, from undyed natural to pistachio, turquoise and amaranth, in 30 g, 200 g, 500 g and 1 kg packs.
It is a natural fit for Christmas hampers, wine gift sets and eco-positioned welcome kits, and it composts at end of life. MerchRepublic supplies it with branded crates and boxes, in bulk, EU-wide.

What is the minimum order?▾
The minimum order is 10 pieces per style (mixed sizes and up to 3 colours count as one style). Small runs carry the print set-up cost, so the per-piece price drops sharply from 50 pieces upwards — the quantity table above shows the exact price at each step.
How does branding pricing work?▾
Branding is free — print, embroidery or, on ceramics, a high-temperature ceramic transfer of your logo is included in the product price, with no setup fees. The ceramic transfer is dishwasher-safe and the image stays sharp for years. You only pay the per-piece price from the quantity table.
How long does delivery take?▾
Standard production and delivery is from 5 working days after mockup approval. Express production is available — tell us your deadline.
Can I get a sample first?▾
Yes. We ship a blank or decorated sample within 2-3 working days. Sample cost is credited against your order.
Do you issue a proforma invoice?▾
Yes — we work with EU companies daily. You receive a proforma invoice with VAT ID; VAT is added according to your country and reverse-charge rules.
What file formats do you need for my logo?▾
Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. High-resolution PNG works too — and AI-generated designs are accepted; our studio prepares them for production free of charge.
