Description
EPS loose fill is the classic S-shaped expanded polystyrene chip used to cushion fragile goods inside cartons. It weighs almost nothing, so it fills large voids without pushing a parcel into a higher shipping weight band, and the interlocking shape stops goods migrating in transit. Supplied white, in 100 litre and 500 litre sacks.
It remains the most economical option for high-volume dispatch of electronics, glassware and spare parts, and the chips can be reused before recycling. Order it with branded outer cartons and printed tape. MerchRepublic ships EPS loose fill in bulk EU-wide.

What is the minimum order?▾
The minimum order is 10 pieces per style (mixed sizes and up to 3 colours count as one style). Small runs carry the print set-up cost, so the per-piece price drops sharply from 50 pieces upwards — the quantity table above shows the exact price at each step.
How does branding pricing work?▾
Branding is free — print, embroidery or, on ceramics, a high-temperature ceramic transfer of your logo is included in the product price, with no setup fees. The ceramic transfer is dishwasher-safe and the image stays sharp for years. You only pay the per-piece price from the quantity table.
How long does delivery take?▾
Standard production and delivery is from 5 working days after mockup approval. Express production is available — tell us your deadline.
Can I get a sample first?▾
Yes. We ship a blank or decorated sample within 2-3 working days. Sample cost is credited against your order.
Do you issue a proforma invoice?▾
Yes — we work with EU companies daily. You receive a proforma invoice with VAT ID; VAT is added according to your country and reverse-charge rules.
What file formats do you need for my logo?▾
Vector formats (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) are ideal. High-resolution PNG works too — and AI-generated designs are accepted; our studio prepares them for production free of charge.
