Moleskine is an Italian stationery brand and its plain black notebook with a rounded corner and elastic closure is one of the most recognised objects in the category. The recognition is the reason it appears in corporate gifting so often: the recipient understands the value of the gift without any explanation, and the cover is a clean surface for a logo.
We publish six Moleskine items, from slim Cahier sets at event-bag level up to the classic hardcover formats. The large format, close to A5 at 13 by 21 cm, comes with 240 blank pages or 192 lined pages behind a soft cover. There is a pocket-sized version at 9 by 14 cm with 192 blank pages. The Cahier Journal covers the lighter end: an XL at 19 by 25 cm with 120 lined pages and a large format at 13 by 21 cm with 80 pages, both with soft cardboard covers and visible stitching.
The spread lets one brand cover two very different briefs. The Cahier journals are affordable enough for conference bags and training courses, while the classic soft cover notebooks work as an individual gift for clients, speakers, board members and new senior hires. Consultancies, agencies and design led companies are the usual buyers.
Minimum order is 10 pieces per model. Branding is included in the price and there is no setup fee, applied as a print or deboss on the cover. What is the difference between the classic notebook and the Cahier Journal?
The classic has a firmer soft cover with an elastic closure and more pages. The Cahier uses a light cardboard cover with visible stitching and costs less.
Which Moleskine formats do you carry?
Large, approximately A5 at 13 by 21 cm, pocket at 9 by 14 cm, and Cahier journals in 13 by 21 cm and 19 by 25 cm.
Can a logo be debossed on the cover?
Yes. Deboss is the usual method on the classic soft cover, while print is more common on the Cahier.
Are blank page versions available?
Yes, we publish blank page versions in both the large and pocket formats alongside lined ones.
