What does MerchRepublic do?▾
We supply branded merchandise and corporate gifts to companies across the European Union: we source the products, decorate them with your logo and deliver the finished order. Apparel, drinkware, bags, tech, office items and printed materials come from one supplier, on one invoice.
Can I combine different products and brands in one order?▾
Yes. One request can mix any items from the catalogue, whichever brand they come from, and you get a single quote, a single invoice and a single delivery. Each item keeps its own minimum quantity.
Do you work with small businesses or only with corporations?▾
Both. There is no contract to sign and no account to open — a ten-person startup ordering one box of branded mugs is handled the same way as a recurring corporate programme.
Can you suggest gifts for a given budget and occasion?▾
Yes, and it costs nothing. Tell us the occasion, how many people you are buying for and the budget per person; we come back with a shortlist of products and the per-piece price for your quantity.
Do you deliver across the EU, and what about customs and VAT?▾
We deliver to the whole European Union. Shipments stay inside the single market, so there is no customs clearance and no import duty; the tax treatment follows your country and your VAT ID. Prices are shown in EUR or PLN.
Can I see how my logo looks before I pay?▾
Yes. A visual mockup of your logo on the chosen product comes with the quote, normally within 24 hours, and design revisions are free. Nothing is produced until you approve that mockup.
What if a product is out of stock?▾
Availability on each product page comes from our suppliers, so you see what is really on hand before you ask for a quote. If an item runs short we say so before any payment and offer the closest alternative or the restock date.
Do you also produce printed materials?▾
Yes — catalogues, postcards and spiral notepads are quoted from the same place as the merchandise, priced by format and print run, so a whole campaign can arrive as one shipment.
